Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar

Arrive in Amritsar and check into your hotel. Visit the Golden Temple, the holiest shrine of Sikhism, and partake in the evening prayers at the temple complex. Explore the bustling streets of the Old City and indulge in local cuisine.

Day 2: Amritsar to Manali

Depart from Amritsar to Manali (approx. 400 km, 8-9 hours drive). En route, stop at Kullu Valley for river rafting, shopping for local handicrafts, and exploring the scenic beauty. Arrive in Manali and check into your hotel. Spend the evening strolling around Mall Road and exploring local markets.

Day 3: Manali Sightseeing

Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, a wooden temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba. Explore Manu Temple, dedicated to the sage Manu, considered the creator of mankind in Hindu mythology. Visit the Vashisht Hot Water Springs and Temple for a relaxing dip in natural hot springs. Optionally, you can visit Solang Valley for adventure activities like paragliding, zorbing, and skiing (subject to weather conditions).

Day 4: Rohtang Pass Excursion

Embark on a day trip to Rohtang Pass, one of the highest mountain passes in the Himalayas (subject to availability and weather conditions). Enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks and glaciers. Engage in snow activities like skiing, snowboarding, and sledging. Return to Manali in the evening and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Manali to Shimla

Depart from Manali to Shimla (approx. 250 km, 7-8 hours drive). En route, stop at Kullu for river rafting and exploring local markets. Arrive in Shimla and check into your hotel. Spend the evening exploring Mall Road and Ridge Road, enjoying the colonial architecture and panoramic views.

Day 6: Shimla Sightseeing

Visit popular attractions in Shimla such as Jakhu Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman and offering panoramic views of the city. Explore the Viceregal Lodge (Indian Institute of Advanced Study), showcasing British colonial architecture and history. Visit Christ Church, one of the oldest churches in North India, known for its neo-Gothic architecture. Take a leisurely walk along the Mall Road, shopping for souvenirs and enjoying local delicacies.

Day 7: Departure from Shimla

Enjoy a leisurely morning exploring any remaining attractions or indulging in shopping. Depart from Shimla for your onward journey, carrying fond memories of your trip to the picturesque hill stations of Manali and Shimla.
